At Ropepro High Access Services “Safety” is paramount in our minds with every task we perform. It is a fundamental part of our service and we take it seriously.

Through proper planning, education, training and supervision hazards can be identified and avoided and risks can be managed to produce a safe working environment for everyone. We believe our clients, the public and our crews deserve the highest standard of safety Rope Access has to offer.

Ropepro’s Integrated HSE management system works in accordance with AS/NZS 4801 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and has been indecently assessed to ensure conformity to this Australian standard. Our team  work in accordance with AS/NZS 4488.Industrial rope access systems parts 1 & 2. and our technicians are trained and certified to either Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) or Australian Rope Access Association (ARAA)  qualifications. All staff must go through the vigorous  training and be independently assessed by a third party to obtain there rope access  accreditation. As part of the Ropepro minimum training requirements as well as their rope access qualifications all our staff are inducted and trained in all Ropepro company policies and procedures as well as Apply first aid, Perform CPR, Construction induction training and Confined space entry .

All Ropepro employees receive height safety equipment that meets or exceeds AS/NZS 1891.1:2007 Industrial fall-arrest systems and devices – Harnesses and ancillary equipment. All equipment is inspected and tested before each use by our technicians and formally every 3 months to ensure we are supplying the safest work environment to our team. This exceeds the minimum Australian standard requirements within AS/NZS 1891.4:2009 Industrial fall-arrest systems and devices – Selection, use and maintenance.

As a company we are fully insured to utilise rope access methods within the occupational work place. We follow a strict HSE  policy and always provide a detailed work pack to all work sites that includes a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS), Rescue plan, Pre Starts form, Emergency contact information, Incident reports, Hazard observation cards . Upon request all our customers may also receive copies of our technicians qualifications and licences prior to the commencement of the works.
