Ropepro recently carried out the replacement of a 1.5 tonne Material Silo via Rope Access at Sugar Australia in Yarraville, Vic.
Due to time restrictions, floor loading capacity and restricted access, heavy rigging/access plant and equipment was not an option for these works. Ropepro was able to utilise Rope Access and rigging methods to safely remove the decommissioned material Silo and its steel framework then reassemble and re install the new Silo.
A job well done to all involved.
